The Animal Cremator utilizes a two-stage gasification process which thermally converts animal carcasses into inert ash in the primary combustion chamber. The gases from the primary chamber then pass into the secondary chamber where the combustion process is completed. This process produces no harmful emissions and is the safest and most environmentally sound method for animal carcass disposal. The process is automatically controlled by a PLC system that monitors critical operating parameters to insure efficient and complete oxidation. Once the system is loaded and started, the system requires no operator attention. The complete cremation cycle, which consists of loading, combustion, cooling, ash removal, and re-loading takes 24 hours. EnerWaste animal cremators come in various sizes to meet your specific needs.
