Plant Layout

The modular nature of the BOS means that the plant layout is flexible and can be configured to suit the area and dimensions of he proposed site. Our standard design Primary Gasification Chambers (PGC's) can each hold a maximum of 15 tons of waste (based upon a typical bulk density of around 200 kg per cubic meter). Smaller chambers are often utilized.

For larger projects more than one primary chamber will be required. For example, a 30 tpd system will have two primary chambers, a 60 tpd system will have four, and a 120 tpd system will have eight. EnerWaste will design your system so that it exactly suits your capacity requirements. A typical layout for a 120 tpd system with 8 primary chambers, complete with energy recovery equipment is shown below (Measurements in feet):
